The Holy Cross Hospice is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of hospice care and benefits.  The Foundation was created to improve the quality of life for our patients with services and personal experiences that are not traditionally covered by insurance and for those who do not have insurance or the means to pay.  The Foundation not only makes a difference in patients’ lives, it also helps our educational programs and community outreach programs.  This important Foundation is solely funded by the generosity of our patients’ relatives and friends who make donations in honor and in memory of their loved ones.

If you would like to support this Foundation and help bring a smile to hospice patients in need, please call (480) 718-5678 or mail a check payable to Holy Cross Hospice to our main office at 1103 South Mesa Dr. Mesa, AZ 85210.  No gift is too large or too small and your donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.  Once we receive your donation, you will receive an acknowledgement letter that can be used as your receipt.  We appreciate your kindness and we are grateful for your generosity.
